When dealing with many people, especially last minute orders, "texted" or email orders without the order forms, it gets a bit confusing. We do try our best. When picking our locations we try to do it in such a way that can forestall problems. However, sometimes unforeseen problems crop up.
Our pick-up locations may change due to weather or availability. We will try to contact you by email and telephone (either text or voice) at least a week before pick-up. WE KNOW HAVE A TENTATIVE PICK UP DATE FOR 2021! We will be picking up in Georgia on May 9th. When sending your order form, please let us know which location. We have found that if you show up right on time we can get everyone through quickly and actually have more pickup locations for less driving on everyone's part. The other side of that coin is if you miss us you can catch-up to us at the next stop. If you call....we may be able to wait but that may cut into other customers times frames. What we are trying to do is make this more convenient, as much as we can, for everyone.
All pick-up times are tentative but it will give you an idea. It worked out well last year and that is why we are offering more pick-up locations this year only under tighter times restrictions. In other words...When the last customer shows for that location, we are on to the next. We will also be posting what our vehicle looks like. We try to be conspicuous.
10am Pick-up location. The Pickup in the Port Huron area with be in the Menards Parking lot, which is just off of I-69 near I-94. If you get to the Blue Water Bridges, you've gone too far!
12pm (Noon). The Menards parking lot in Davison. It is just off of I-69.
2pm Pick-up location. Lansing: Horrocks rear parking lot. As a side note....If you have never shopped there I would HIGHLY recommend it! Come a little bit early and look around. They don't even pay me to say that.
4pm Pick-up Location: 3184 Middle Lake Drive, Hastings, MI. SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS: READ BELOW!
If Michigan is still under Covid restrictions we ask that you please keep your distance from other customers. If you are not wearing a mask we will assume you have a medical reason for not doing so and will not ask you to wear one or the reason you are not wearing one. It's none of our business and would be against HIPA Laws. This is one of the reasons we ask for people to pay in full before picking up so we can limit everyone's contact.
Please do not show up early especially to the Hastings address. We have several senior dogs and like to keep them calm as possible. Please do not knock on the door. I will be outside (hopefully it will be nice) showing people who have requested a few quick demonstrations of different things. There will be a small trailer there and I will have a sign up.
Parking is limited. Because some people wanted demonstrations of a few techniques I have to use my equipment and it was more convenient to have demonstrations and Q&A's there instead of somewhere in town. Please be patient. I'll do my best to get everyone's questions answered to to do quick demonstrations.
